目的 研究四环素联合阿达柏林凝胶对寻常性痤疮患者的疗效及其对皮脂腺p53表达的影响。方法 以2020年2月-2021年6月徐州市中心医院皮肤科收治的84例寻常性痤疮患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组与试验组。对照组采用四环素进行治疗，实验组采用四环素联合阿达帕林凝胶进行治疗。治疗12周后，记录患者痤疮综合分级系统(Global acne grading system, GAGS)评分和皮损情况，苏木精/伊红染色用于分析皮脂腺p53表达。结果 与本组治疗前比较，治疗12周后患者GAGS评分降低，粉刺、脓包、丘疹及皮损总数减少，皮脂腺p53表达增强，差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。与对照组治疗后比较，实验组治疗后GAGS评分降低，粉刺、脓包、丘疹及皮损总数均减少，总有效率升高，皮脂腺p53表达增强，总有效人数增多，差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组患者治疗后均未出现严重不良反应。结论 四环素联合阿达帕林凝胶能够增强寻常性痤疮患者皮脂腺p53表达，提升治疗效果。

Objective To study the efficacy of tetracycline combined with adapalene gel in patients with ordinary acne and its impact on the expression of p53 in the sebaceous glands. Methods 84 patients with ordinary acne admitted to the hospital from February 2020 to June 2021 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The control group was treated with tetracycline, while the experimental group was treated with tetracycline combined with adapalene gel. After 12 weeks of the treatment, the patients′ acne severity was evaluated with using the Global Acne Grading System(GAGS), and skin lesions were analyzed with using hematoxylin-eosin staining to measure p53 expression. Results Compared with before the treatment in the group, after 12 weeks of the treatment, the patient′s GAGS score was decreased, the total number of acne, pustules, papules, and skin lesions were decreased, and the expression of p53 in the sebaceous gland was increased, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). Compared with the control group after the treatment, the experimental group showed a decrease in GAGS scores, a decrease in the total number of pimples, pustules, papules and skin lesions, an increase in total effective rate, an increase in p53 expression in the sebaceous glands, and an increase in total effective personnel, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). Both groups of the patients showed no serious adverse reactions after the treatment. Conc-lusion Tetracycline combined with adapalene gel can enhance the expression of p53 in sebaceous glands of the patients with ordinary acne, improving the treatment effectiveness.
