目的探讨清热化痰散结方内服联合青宝散外敷对非哺乳期乳腺炎患者血清中相关炎症因子的影响。方法将60例非哺乳期乳腺炎患者按照数字表法分组,对照组30例予以青霉素静滴治疗,观察组30例予以清热化痰散结方内服联合青宝散外敷治疗。比较两组临床疗效,统计治疗前后临床症状评分,检测治疗前后患者血清中CRP、IL-6、IL-1β及TNF-α的水平,血常规指标及不良反应。结果与对照组治疗后比较,观察组临床疗效总有效率增大,患者痛感、乳房脓肿、乳房肿物、乳房瘘管、乳房凹陷的临床症状评分降低,血清CRP、IL-6、IL-1β及TNF-α水平均降低,白细胞计数(WBC)和中性粒细胞计数(N)均降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间两组患者均无明显肝肾功能异常、过敏性休克、皮疹、皮炎等不良反应发生。结论清热化痰散结方内服联合青宝散外敷对非哺乳期乳腺炎有较好的治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the effects of oral administration of Qingre Huatan Sanjie formula combined with external application of Chinese medicine on the related inflammatory factors in serum of patients with non-lactative mastitis patients. Methods A total of 60 cases of non lactative mastitis were divided into two groups(observation group and control group) randomly with 30 cases for each group. The control group were treated with penicillin intravenous drip, while the observation group with Qingre Huatan Sanjie formula and Qingbao powder. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared, the scores of clinical symptoms before and after the treatment were counted, the levels of CRP, IL-6, IL-1 β and TNF-α in the serum of the patients before and after the treatment were measured, the blood routine indexes and adverse reactions were measured. Results Compared with the control group after treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group increased, the clinical symptom scores of pain, breast abscess, breast mass, breast fistula and breast depression decreased, the levels of serum CRP, IL-6, IL-1 β and TNF-α decreased, and WBC and N decreased, with statistical significance(P<0.05). During the treatment, there were no obvious adverse reactions such as abnormal liver and kidney function, anaphylactic shock, rash and dermatitis. Conclusion Qingre Huatan Sanjie formula combined with Qingbao powder external application has a better therapeutic effect on non-lactative mastitis.
