新疆医科大学学报

目的了解大学生吸烟的现状及其影响因素,为开展控烟干预提供依据。方法采用"中国公共卫生控烟倡导行动能力建设"项目(China-RI1-15)的调查问卷,用整群随机抽样方法对新疆8所高校的大学生进行测量。结果 (1)大学生吸烟率为16.1%。其中男生吸烟率为29.2%,女生的吸烟率为2.5%;(2)影响大学生吸烟行为的相关因素有:性别、年级、月均花费水平、睡觉时间长短和早晚、醉酒次数、逃课次数、有无考试不及格现象。结论大学生的吸烟状况不容乐观,学校、社会、家庭同时对吸烟行为进行干预,会取得较好的效果。

Objective To provide effective support for implementing tobacco control intervention through studying the current smoking situation among college students.Methods The questionnaire designed for the project of Building Advocacy Capacity for Tobacco Control among the Public Health Workforce in China(China-RI1-15) was used,the cluster random sampling method was applied to investigate the current smoking situation among college students in 8 universities in Xinjiang.Results 16.05% of college students in Xinjiang smoke.Smoking rate among male students was 29.2%.As far as female students were concerned,2.5% students were smoke.Using multi-logistic regression method to study the inter-related aspects showed that the differences among the abovementioned factors do have a statistical significance.Conclusion The smoking situation among college students is not well.If tobacco control intervention can be applied simultaneously to university,society,and family settings,smoking control will be more effective.
