目的:探讨海洛因依赖者脱毒治疗前后细胞因子水平的变化。 方法 :应用亲和素 -生物素放大的夹心法 (AB- EL ISA)检测 2 8例海洛因依赖者脱毒治疗前后血清中白细胞介素 - 2、5、10 (IL- 2、IL- 5、IL- 10 )、γ干扰素(IFN- γ)和肿瘤坏死因子 - α(TNF- α)的水平 ,同时检测 2 0例正常对照者的 5种细胞因子水平。结果:2 8例患者 IL-5、IL- 10和 TNF- α脱毒前高于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,脱毒后水平有所回落 ,但仍高于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ;而IL- 2、IFN- γ脱毒前低于正常对照组 (P<0 .0 1) ,脱毒后水平虽明显升高 ,但仍低于正常对照组 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :海洛因可抑制患者 Th1细胞功能而促进 Th2细胞功能 ,降低患者抗感染能力。
Abstract：Objective: To research the levels of cytokines in heroin addicts after detoxification. Methods: We detected the levels of IL-2,IL-5,IL-10,IFN-γ and TNF-α from 28 herion addicts who were in the course of detoxification and from 20 normal person,AB-ELISA methods were adopted. Results: Higher levels of IL-5,IL-10, TNF-α were showed in patients ( P <0.01) and they decreased significantly after detoxification ( P <0.01),whereas the levels of IL-2,IFN-γ were lower in patients than those in normal control ( P <0.01),and they increased significantly after detoxification ( P <0.01). Conclusion: Heroin can decrease the ability against infection through depressing Th1 cell and inducing Th2 cell.
