目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶22蛋白(MMP22)在喉癌中的表达及临床意义。方法选用Medline、Embase、中国学术期刊网全文数据库、万方数据库和维普数据库等数据库,全面检索国内外已发表的相关文献,最终进入系统评价的病例对照研究文献有7篇。应用Meta分析软件对各研究原始数据进行统计学处理,计算合并OR及95%CI。结果 Meta分析显示,与喉正常组织相比,MMP22蛋白在喉癌中呈高表达[OR=24.30,(95%CI:13.14～44.92),P<0.01];与高分化喉癌中MMP22蛋白对比,中、低分化的喉癌中MMP22蛋白呈高表达[OR=0.24,(95%CI:0.13～0.43),P<0.01];与无淋巴结转移的喉癌相比,伴淋巴结转移的喉癌中MMP22蛋白呈高表达高表达[OR=0.31,(95%CI:0.16～0.57),P<0.01]。结论 MMP22蛋白高表达可能在喉癌的发生、发展及预后中起重要作用。
Abstract：Objective To evaluate the expression and significance of MMP22in Laryngeal Carcinoma.Methods With comprehensive retrieval of related literature that had been published in Medeline,Embase and in China from academic journals collected in CBMdisc and other document database,there were 7articles about case-control study which were selected into system to be evaluated.Meta-analysis software RevMan5.1was used to analyze the raw data and to calculate the value of combined odd ratio(OR)and 95% confidence interval(CI).Results Meta-analyses showed that MMP22in laryngeal carcinoma was higher than that of normal laryngeal tissue[OR =24.30,(95%CI:13.14～44.92),P <0.01];MMP22in moderately differentiated laryngeal carcinoma and poorly differentiated laryngeal carcinoma was higher than that of well differentiated laryngeal carcinoma[OR =0.24,(95%CI:0.13～0.43),P <0.01];MMP22in laryngeal carcinoma with lymph node metastasis was higher than that of without lymph node metastasis [OR =0.31,(95%CI:0.16～0.57),P <0.01].Conclusion The high expression of MMP22may play an important role in progression and prognosis of laryngeal carcinoma.
