三七止血与抗血栓作用的实验研究

摘要:

目的研究中药三七的止血与抗血栓作用。方法将小鼠随机分为5组(对照组、云南白药组、三七低、中、高剂量组),每组12只。给药组以三七0.46、0.91、1.82g/kg剂量灌胃,应用毛细管法、剪尾法测定小鼠的凝血时间、出血时间,观察三七对小鼠的止血作用;将Wistar大鼠随机分为5组(对照组、阿司匹林组、三七低、中、高剂量组),每组8只。给药组以三七0.32、0.63、1.26g/kg剂量灌胃,应用动、静脉旁路丝线血栓形成法,以血栓湿重、血栓抑制率为指标,观察三七对大鼠体内血栓形成的影响。结果与正常对照组相比,三七低剂量组可缩短凝血时间、出血时间(P<0.05);与正常对照组相比,三七中、高剂量组血栓湿重明显降低,血栓抑制率明显上升(P<0.05)。结论三七低剂量具有一定的止血作用,中、高剂量具有抗血栓形成作用,其机制可能为抑制血小板聚集。

Abstract:

Objective To study the hemostatic and anti-thrombosis effects of Radix Panax Notoginseng.Methods KM mice were randomly divided into 5 groups:normal group,Yun-nan-bao-yao Capsule group,Radix Panax Notoginseng high,middium,low dosage groups,12 mice in each group.The test groups were administrated with Radix Panax Notoginseng by 0.46,0.91,1.82 g/kg respectively.Bleeding time and coagulation time were measured to observe the hemostatic effects.Wistar rats were randomly divided into 5 groups:normal group,Aspirin Tablet group,Radix Panax Notoginseng high,middium,low dosage groups,8 rats in each group.The test groups were administrated with Radix Panax Notoginseng by 0.32,0.63,1.26 g/kg respectively.Used the methods of artery-vein bypass thrombus form to observe the anti-thrombosis effects.Results Compared with normal group,low dose of Radix Panax Notoginseng could reduce the Bleeding time and coagulation time of mice(P<0.05).Middium and high dose of Radix Panax Notoginseng could obviously reduce thrombus weight(P<0.05).Conclusion Radix Panax Notoginseng has hemostatic and anti-thrombosis effects.Its mechanism is probably for inhibiting platelet aggregation.
