目的探讨巴林特小组培训对规范化培训护士负性情绪的干预效果。方法选取125名规范化培训护士为研究对象,以案例汇报及讨论、情景模拟等巴林特小组模式培训,共计12次,培训前、后分别应用自评抑郁量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)及职业倦怠问卷进行评估。结果实施巴林特小组培训后,规范化培训护士SAS、SDS评分均低于培训前(P<0.05);培训后规范化培训护士的情感衰竭、去人格化得分均低于培训前(P<0.05)。结论巴林特小组培训模式能够有效降低规范化培训护士的负性情绪,缓解其心理亚健康状态。
Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of the Balint special group training on the negative emotion of the nurses.Methods A total of 125 standardized training nurses were selected as the research object with the training mode of case report and discussion,scenario simulation of Balint group for 12 times totally.Before and after training,self rating Depression Scale(SDS),self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Occupation Burnout Questionnaire were conducted to evaluate the effect.Results After the training of the Balint special group activities,the SAS and SDS scores of the nurses were lower than before with statistical significance(P <0.05);the scores of emotional exhaustion,depersonalization of the training nurses were lower than before with statistical significance(P <0.05);while there was no significant difference in personal accomplishment between before and after training.Conclusion The Balint special group can effectively reduce the negative emotion of the nurses,and help to alleviate their mental subhealth.
