目的:探讨隐匿性甲状腺癌的外科手术方式。方法:对2004年1 2月～2009年4月行患侧腺叶+峡部切除的35例隐匿性甲状腺癌患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,并随机抽取我院行患侧腺叶+峡部+对侧大部的20例隐匿性甲状腺癌患者进行对比分析。结果:行患侧腺叶+峡部切除的35例隐匿性甲状腺癌患者减少相关并发症,随访2～72个月未见肿瘤局部复发和颈部淋巴结转移。结论:对于原发灶未侵破甲状腺包膜、颈部淋巴结未见转移的隐匿性甲状腺癌仅行原发灶腺叶加峡部切除术即可。
Abstract：Objective:To discuss surgical ways to treat occult thyroid carcinoma(OTC).Methods:Clinial data of 35 cases of OTC received ipsilateral lobe plus isthmic resection from December 2004 to April 2009 were retrospectively analyzed,to compare with 20 cases randomly selected from petients received subtotal thyroidectomy in our hosipital.Results:Patients treated withipsilateral lobe plusisthmic resections had a reduction of related complications,while no local recurrence and neck lymphnode metastasis were found in 2 to 72 months following up.Conclusions:It was enough for OTC to resect ipsilateral lobe plus isthmic, when there was no membrane invasion and neck lynmphnode metastasis.
