目的了解新疆护理专业学生的职业态度现状,揭示影响护理专业学生职业态度的因素,探索有利于端正护理专业学生职业态度的教育模式。方法采用整群随机抽样的方法选取新疆医科大学和石河子大学2007-2010级护理专业全日制本、专科学生1 517名。运用问卷调查与深入访谈相结合的方法,对新疆护理专业学生的职业认知、职业情感、职业行为进行调查及分析。结果 (1)民族、录取方式、是否参加临床实习为护生职业认知的影响因素;(2)民族、学制、录取方式、学习成绩、是否参加临床实习为护生职业情感的影响因素。(3)性别、民族、学制、护生生源、录取方式、学习成绩为护生职业行为的影响因素。结论应加强护生职业态度教育,培养护生的职业兴趣,满足护生的情感需求。重视护生在校期间职业态度的早期教育,不断端正其职业态度,以稳定护理队伍,促进护理事业长期稳步发展。
Abstract:Objective To investigate the occupational attitude of nursing students′ status in Xinjiang,and to reveal the effective factors of the occupational attitude as well as to explore more effective and helpful education model on how to correct the nursing students' attitude towards occupation.Methods This study is a cross-sectional survey,using the method of cluster sampling,the 1517 professional nurseing students were investigated from 2007 to 2010 full-time undergraduate course and Junior college in Xinjiang Medical University and Shihezi University.By using the method of questionnaire survey and in-depth interview methods combined,on Xinjiang higher nursing students′ occupation cognition,emotion,behavior of occupation occupation for investigation and analysis.Results(1) The national,admission,whether to participate in clinical practice for nursing students occupation cognition and attitude influence factors;(2) The national,educational system,admission,learning achievement,whether to participate in clinical practice for nursing students emotional factors influencing occupation.(3) Gender,nationality,education,nursing students,admission,academic achievement for students of nursing occupation behavior score factors.Conclusions We should strengthen the education of professional attitude for nursing students,and develop career interests to meet the emotional needs.Attention of the nursing students during the period of occupation attitude towards early education continues to correct their occupation attitude,in order to stabilize the nursing team,to promote nursing cause long-term steady development.
